Once your project is reserved, we’ll begin the onboarding process so I can understand your business, your vision and exactly what you want your brand to become.

2. Tell me about your vision
You’ll receive an in-depth design questionnaire where you can tell me about your business, goals, style, inspiration and what you’d love to achieve.

Prefer to talk instead?
If you’re unable to complete the questionnaire or simply find it easier to explain your ideas over the phone, we can arrange a telephone consultation instead and go through everything together.

3. Your project is reviewed
I’ll carefully review everything you’ve shared, consider the creative direction for your project and make sure we’re aligned before moving forward.

4. Complete your remaining payment
Your £75 reservation is deducted from your total investment, leaving £220 remaining to be settled before design work begins.

5. Your Empire Muse experience begins
Once everything is in place, it’s time for the exciting part — bringing your vision to life and creating something polished, intentional and unmistakably yours.
