DELIVERY POLICY

Empire Muse Studio is a digital creative studio and does not currently sell or ship physical products.

All services, designs and final deliverables are provided digitally. Depending on the service purchased, completed files may be delivered via email, digital download, shared folder or another agreed digital method.

For website design services, completed projects will be transferred or handed over digitally once the project has been approved and any outstanding balance has been paid.

As no physical goods are shipped, shipping fees and physical delivery times do not apply.

Project turnaround times vary depending on the service selected and will be communicated as part of the booking process.
