This depends on your project, but you may need to provide your business information, preferred wording, imagery, product information, inspiration and any existing brand assets. I’ll let you know exactly what is required before your project begins.

Timescales vary depending on the service, project size and current studio availability. You’ll receive an estimated timeframe before work begins, and I’ll keep you updated throughout your project.

The number of revisions depends on the package you choose and will be clearly stated before booking. Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may incur an additional fee.

Yes. Selected services can be secured with a deposit, with the remaining balance paid according to the payment schedule agreed when booking. Your project will not be considered fully complete until the outstanding balance has been paid
