How it works
Once your order is placed, you'll receive our Website Design Questionnaire where you'll tell us all about your business, branding, website requirements and goals.
If you'd prefer not to complete the questionnaire, a telephone consultation can be arranged instead.
You'll also be asked to provide your existing branding, images, written content, product/service information and anything else required for your website.
Once everything has been received, your project can be scheduled into the Empire Muse Studio design diary.
Please note
The £695 fee covers the website design and setup service provided by Empire Muse Studio.
Any ongoing or third-party costs required to operate your website are not included and remain the client's responsibility. This can include:
- Shopify subscription fees
- Domain registration/renewal
- Paid Shopify apps
- Premium themes, if requested
- Booking systems or third-party software
- Payment processing/transaction fees
- Any other ongoing platform costs
This is important because you're designing their website — you're not paying to keep their business website running afterward.
Revisions
I would add 2 revision rounds to this package, even though it isn't currently on your graphic.
For £695, I think clients should have a clearly defined revision allowance. It also protects you from endless changes.
I'd put:

Any additional revisions or work outside of the original agreed scope can be quoted separately.
